On May 2, 2017, Piedmont Newton Hope Boutique received a generous $564 donation from the Covington Fire Department. The Hope Boutique, which opened in 2006 with the help of the American Cancer Society, provides resources and services to local and distant cancer survivors, including wigs, prostheses, turbans, drain bags and protective pillows and lap blankets. Thank you to the Covington Fire Department for the gift! For more information about the Hope Boutique, visit piedmont.org/volunteers/piedmont-newton/piedmont-newton-hope-boutique.
