Conyers, Ga. – The Nancy Guinn Memorial Library Youth Services Department, in partnership with the Rockdale County NAACP, will host Black History Month programming on Wednesday, February 7th at 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, February 15th at 4:00 p.m.

 
Teen Open Mic Night
Teens, come out and show your creative side. Share songs, poetry, recitations, and dance — all in
celebration of Black History Month. Register your acts in advance or at the event. Space is limited.
This program is for teens ages 13-18 years old.

Celebrate History
Celebrate African-American achievements and enjoy a story and craft-making. All ages are welcome.

The library, in conjunction with the Rockdale County Chapter of the NAACP, will host a variety of Black History Month programs in February, including “Black History Festival: A Celebration of Cultural Heritage” at the library on Saturday, February 24 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Additional Black History Month programming information is available at www.conyersrockdalelibrary.org
