Come to the Nancy Guinn Memorial Library this summer to learn the ancient art of Tai Chi! This beautiful, relaxing exercise is as good for your mind as it is for your body. Tai Chi can increase strength and flexibility as well as relieve stress and improve overall health and happiness. Join us in discovering this traditional discipline every Wednesday in June – June 7th, June 14th, June 21st, and 28th – from 2:00pm -3:30pm in the Library Meeting Room (lower level). Register with the Adult Services Department or call (770) 388-5040 ext. 118 for more information. This event is free and open to the public. Ages 18 & up! Participants will be required to sign a liability release waiver.
